"From the Inside Out" by Renovaré is designed for individuals interested in deepening their understanding of contemplative practices and spiritual formation. The course consists of six sessions, featuring a 15-minute video exploring foundational themes such as the process of spiritual transformation, understanding one’s image of God and self, and the call to follow Jesus. Each session includes an image reflection and group discussion, fostering a space for participants to connect the teachings with their personal spiritual journeys.

Course Overview: Lesson 1 – The Vision of Spiritual Formation

This introductory session lays the groundwork for understanding spiritual formation, emphasizing the Holy Spirit's transformative role in shaping our inner lives to reflect the image of Christ. Participants will be invited to explore how spiritual formation begins as an internal process, cultivating the heart and mind to align with God's will and character before flowing outward into actions and relationships.
The session aims to deepen awareness of how God is actively working within us to bring about change that impacts every aspect of our being. By reflecting on their personal relationship with God, participants will identify areas where growth and healing are needed.
